This is a book that I designed after going on a week-long trip to Washington State. The book details all three National Parks in Washington that I was able to visit and hike in. Each park gets introduction pages with hand-drawn maps that mark each area I visited and illustrations of the wildlife I saw at each park.

Each page spread gives information about what I did each day, including where I drove, what I saw, how far I hiked, and other events that varied from one day to the next. After each spread of text, the following pages are a full spread photo from the park that I was in on that day. I tracked my hiking statistics using my Apple Watch and Alltrails, being able to get accurate metrics on my, distance hiked, elevation climbed, and calories burned for each hike, along with accurate pathing for where I walked on the hikes.

The book is designed on A6 paper, to be portable like a pocket field guide. The book is also printed on recycled seed paper, to connect with the National Parks content.
