This cover was designed for 2023 annual report of the Citywide Council on High Schools of New York City. With the title and theme of the report being looking forward, a nod to going back to school post COVID, the design was made to emphasize that feeling.

Warm colors were used to show the bright future ahead of students as they leave the challenges of the past COVID era.

New York City landmarks are spread throughout the student silhouette, including One World Trade Center, Empire State Building, and the Chrysler Building.
